This translates to a long time of the HR professionals getting wasted in just screening and shortlisting the profiles out of the 100s to 1000s of resumes being received. </p><span style="font-size:11pt;">However, in spite of sitting on the cusp of demographic dividend (largest young workforce), India is staring at a huge skill gap, estimated to be 29 million by the year 2030.
